Get interpolated ERA5 normals for one or more coordinates. Use time for one hour, or start_time and end_time for an inclusive hourly series.
The default normal is 1991–2020. Request years label the output; lookup uses the month, day, and UTC hour.

Each inner climatologies array maps to one accepted coordinate and contains its requested hours in chronological order. Missing measurements are null.
