Attach the Event Context response for configured coordinates in data.response .
The response shows which events from data.event_ids affect the configured coordinates. The subscription's valid-time bounds apply to the returned forecast-time rows. Locations with no matching events retain rows with an empty events object. Mirroring the Event Context endpoint, summaries describe the entire event at that hour, not conditions at the coordinate.
