GET Conditions

Return ranked weather conditions, an icon, and a plain-language summary for each requested hourly interval, local calendar day, and day or night period across a point forecast's available horizon, up to 360 hours.

Choose wm-6 (WeatherMesh-6) or mm (MetaMesh) using the model dropdown. For MetaMesh forecast values alongside conditions, use Weather Context with include_conditions=true.

Query Parameters

Time Blocks

All response arrays are chronological. Each window includes its start_time and excludes its end_time, so adjacent windows do not overlap. Although local time determines the daily and day/night boundaries, every timestamp is returned in UTC. The hourly array covers the available forecast horizon beginning at forecast_zero.

Response Fields

With include_sky_state_icon=true, each block includes an additional icon selected from its cloud and precipitation conditions. The primary icon_url, ranked conditions, and text are unchanged.

Edge Cases

  1. Over open ocean, timezone is a fixed UTC offset instead of an IANA name. For example, 30, -140 in the North Pacific returns UTC-09:00.
